To help protect your technology investment, we include one year of our Software and Support Program with every purchase of our Fusion™ system for image-guided surgery.

Our image-guided surgery products are supported by a large, dedicated ENT sales and clinical support staff who provide in-servicing and responsive follow-up to your questions and issues.

The comprehensive Software and Support Program includes:

  • Replacement and shipping of warranted parts
  • 24-hour technical assistance, 7 days a week
  • Online support via the system's on-board modem, which allows our support staff to log into your system and perform diagnostics
