Le système NIM 3.0™ est un dispositif médical de classe IIa, fabriqué par Medtronic Xomed – CE N°0123.

Le NIM 3.0™ est un équipement de monitoring nerveux  dédié au monitoring peropératoire au cours d'interventions chirurgicales présentant un risque de manipulation accidentelle d'un nerf moteur. 

Ce moniteur 3.0 et ses accessoires (sondes unipolaires et bipolaires, électrodes, console, simulateur patient...) s’utilisent dans le cadre de la neurochirurgie, de la chirurgie ORL et de la thyroïde. Les sondes endotrachéales sont des dipositifs de classe IIa, fabriqués par Medtronic Xomed – CE N°0123. Elles sont utilisés avec le NIM3.0 pour monitorer les nerfs.

L'électrode APS  (classe IIa) est un accessoire du NIM 3.0 destinée à fournir une stimulation périodique automatique aux nerfs.
