Once you've identified an opportunity, create an account on our system and start the application process. You’ll have a chance to upload your resume/CV, and once your application is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
You can also check the status of your application in our system at any time.
Our Talent Acquisition team works closely with hiring managers to review candidates for each vacancy.
If your application is selected, a recruiter will contact you for an initial interview. This is when the dialogue starts in discussing the role’s criteria and seeing how it matches with your skills and goals.
Don’t be surprised if you are contacted by a recruiter in a different country – Medtronic is truly international and we love it!
After the first screening, the recruiter, together with the manager, selects candidates who will be invited for an interview. This follow-up interview is a two-way conversation between you and our internal hiring team (usually the manager together with a hiring committee). Make sure you come prepared with the questions which are important to you and that you want to find out. You can also expect some questions from us. After all, we want to get to know you! This works both ways of course.
In general, our interviews last around an hour and the format of these interviews look something like this:
The interview process can take several rounds. We would like you to see this as an opportunity to gain more insight into Medtronic by meeting different employees throughout the process.

If you successfully complete the application process and are selected as the candidate we want to hire, you will receive an OFFER LETTER from our Talent Acquisition team. After you have accepted the offer, our HR back office, which we call “AskHR”, will send you the official CONTRACT by email. Once you have returned a signed copy, the ONBOARDING PROCESS will begin to ensure everything is set up and requested correctly for you prior to your official start date.
