A leader in cardiovascular care in the Netherlands and abroad for many years, the St. Antonius Heart Center sought growth and improvement. It was imperative to use resources more efficiently, deliver higher quality and innovative care, and enhance employee engagement. A new robust strategy was required for St. Antonius to reinforce its position as one of the world leaders in cardiovascular care.
The Heart Center collaborated with Medtronic IHS to generate results across more than 40 projects. Processes have been optimized and there have been many efficiency gains that are directly impacting patients. On the employee engagement side, care workers know that their efforts are creating better patient outcomes and less frustration. Building on the success of these 40+ projects, Medtronic IHS is providing support as the Heart Center reassesses its five-year strategy.
