Remote monitoring and MyCareLink Heart app are prescribed by your clinic.

Your clinic needs to register you on Medtronic CareLink™ remote monitoring network before you’re able to use the app.

The MyCareLink Heart app then sends device data to your clinic using your own mobile device, so your doctor can receive notifications of clinically important events. Using the app, you can view your physical activity, your heart device’s battery status, track your symptoms or transmissions and find answers to the most common questions about living with a heart device.
