Scientia Socrates Catheter annotated image

1. Proximal laser-cut strain relief provides kink resistance and support

2. Low profile OD remains 4F for the entire working length of the catheter

3. Designed with congruent polymers and cut patterns to create a smooth transition of softness to support from tip to hub

4. Working lengths (127 cm and 156 cm)

5. Hydrophilic coating (90 cm)

6. Fully microfabricated nitinol body designed to maximize push response and trackability while minimizing ovalization

7. Distal cut geometry provides a soft, trackable tip

8. Interlocking radiopaque marker band designed to mitigate tip deformation

9. 0.038" lumen ID provides maximum clot engagement area
