Indications, Safety, and WarningsIndications for UseThe Liberant™ RX aspiration catheter is indicated for the following:

Removal/aspiration of embolic material (thrombus/debris) from vessels of the arterial system

To subselectively infuse/deliver diagnostic or therapeutic agents with or without vessel occlusion.

ContraindicationsThere are no known contraindications.Potential Adverse EventsThe potential complications include, but are not limited to the following: arrhythmia, arterial perforation, arterial rupture, arteriovenous fistula, coronary or bypass graft thrombosis or occlusion, death, dissection, emboli (air, tissue or thrombotic), emergent or nonemergent bypass graft surgery, hemorrhage, hypotension, infarction, infection, ischemia, other bleeding complications at access site, pseudoaneurysm at access site, stroke or cerebrovascular accident.CAUTION: Federal (USA) law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician.Important information: Indications, contraindications, warnings and instructions for use can be found in the product labeling supplied with each device, at www.medtronic.com/manuals or contact a Medtronic representative.US-CV-2601058 v1.0
