We take pride in helping our employees succeed and build meaningful careers at Medtronic. In FY20 we:

  • Spent $72million on professional development and offered more than 22,000 learning resources to employees
  • Focused on targeted programs to ensure employee safety during COVID-19 and provided direct financial, health, and well-being support, including 30 days of leave pay for employees in certain scenarios related to COVID-19
  • Prepared for the expansion of our Family Care Leave benefit to over 75 countries
  • Supported employee wellness on our Healthier Together platform, with over 56,000 employees participating
  • Gained valuable insights into the Medtronic employee experience with a 77% engagement rate in our Organizational Health Survey – 11% above industry average
