SOURCES OF ONGOING SUPPORT

In most cases, your doctor and their staff should be your first point of contact, but Medtronic also offers ongoing support. The information below will help you determine whom to contact when you have questions.

YOUR DOCTOR

Contact your doctor’s office if you have medical, medication, and therapy questions. Your doctor has access to your medical records and history and can best diagnose any change in symptoms. Also, ask your doctor how to reach the on-call doctor in case any medical concerns arise after hours or on weekends.

MEDTRONIC PATIENT SERVICES

Call Medtronic Patient Services if you have questions about or problems with your neurostimulation device. As a medical device manufacturer, Medtronic can offer technical assistance. We are not able to comment on your medical condition.

To reach Medtronic Patient Services, call Medtronic Patient Technical Support +44 (0)1923 205101 Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.

PATIENT IDENTIFICATION CARD

Carry your patient ID in your wallet or purse at all times in case of emergency. It shows that you have an implanted medical device. You will also need your patient ID when going through security at airports.

PATIENT GUIDES

Your doctor will give you the manuals and guides you need to use your therapy devices. To download an electronic copy of the Patient Quick Guides, click the guides below.

If you would like another copy of the printed patient guide, call Medtronic Patient Technical Support +44 (0)1923 205101 Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.
