MEDTRONIC COVID-19 PAYMENT RELIEF PROGRAM

We recognize the significant financial impact Canadian diabetes customers may be facing during this unprecedented time. As a result, Medtronic is offering the Medtronic COVID-19 Payment Relief Program* to support current Canadian diabetes customers, who do not currently receive (and are not eligible to receive) government program funding for the applicable product, and have lost one of the following due to COVID-19 after March 15, 2020: 

• Primary and secondary private health insurance coverage
• Job (and, also do not have private health insurance coverage)

This program will allow customers to receive a 3-month supply of infusion sets, reservoirs and/or glucose sensors at no cost.

*Terms & Conditions: 

Program available between May 7 and April 30, 2021. This offer has no cash value and is for a maximum of 3 boxes of each of infusion sets, reservoirs and sensors.  Not eligible for any products already covered for the patient under private insurance (primary or secondary) or under a government program (funded or eligible).  Medtronic reserves the right to refuse any requests where it reasonably suspects that such requests are prohibited by these terms and the above eligibility criteria, any relevant law, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. Medtronic may in its absolute discretion modify, suspend or cancel the Program.
