Your StartRight, StayRight Representative will be there for you as a point of contact along your journey. The goal is to provide you with helpful tips and tricks to enhance your experience and success while using your new MiniMed™ 670G.

  • Contact you within 5-7 business days of receiving your MiniMed 670G to ensure you received the necessary product and training materials, as well as to discuss the program and your training plan. This helps ensure you are set up for a successful training session(s). 
  • Connect you with a Certified Product Trainer (CPT) who you will work with to arrange your training session(s).  

  • Be available to answer any questions you may have. 

The StartRight, StayRight program provides value not only to the patient, but to physicians and clinics as well by encouraging patients to be prepared for training and answering non-clinical questions
