The Barrx™ 360 express RFA balloon catheter simplifies circumferential ablation with a self-adjusting balloon catheter that eliminates the sizing process. The custom-fitting balloon catheter automatically inflates to the appropriate size based on the patient’s esophagus.
The Barrx™ 360 RFA balloon catheter with a 360 degree electrode array works with the Barrx™ 360 soft sizing balloon and the Barrx™ Flex RFA energy generator to deliver a short burst (< 1 sec) of ablative energy circumferentially to the esophagus.

The Barrx™ radiofrequency ablation system facilitates a 360 degree, 3 cm long ablation for treating short and long segments of Barrett's epithelium.
The components of the Barrx™ radiofrequency ablation system—including the Barrx™ 360 soft sizing balloon and the Barrx™ 360 RFA balloon catheter—are designed to work together to achieve the removal of the Barrett's esophagus tissue in a short, well-tolerated endoscopic procedure with consistent and effective results.([FOOTNOTE=Ganz RA, Utley DS, Stern RA, et al.
