Innovation in Motion

When risk is highest, you need accuracy the most.

In the pre-hospital/EMS environment, it can be helpful to have a small, lightweight, ergonomic pulse oximetry monitor that is reliable, even in difficult monitoring conditions.([FOOTNOTE=10101937 - Motion, Clinical Protocol 081400-N Rev F-1 - Low Perfusion Testing Nell1],[ANCHOR=],[LINK=]) Nellcor™ hand-held patient monitors incorporate patented Nellcor™ digital signal processing technology to deliver accurate, reliable SpO2 and pulse rate values even during low perfusion and signal interference, including patient motion.1

Accuracy Matters

Nellcor™ portable PM10N SpO2 patient monitoring system

The Nellcor™ portable PM10N monitor is intended to monitor a broad range of patients in mobile, pre-hospital and EMS environments.

  • LoSat expanded accuracy range (60% to 100% SpO2) when used with Nellcor™ adhesive sensors with OxiMax™ technology.
  • 80 hours of data storage capability.
  • Rugged transport protective cover available for use in the EMS environment.

Nellcor™ N-85 hand-held capnograph/ pulse oximeter with OxiMax™ technology

The Nellcor™ N-85 hand-held monitor is designed for patient care, anywhere. Engineered with both Microstream™ capnography and Nellcor™ pulse oximetry with OxiMax™ technology, the monitor is convenient for spot checks and continuous monitoring in a variety of settings, including EMS/ED, transport, critical care, operating room, sleep lab and during procedural sedation.

  • Advanced digital signal processing technology offers exceptional pulse oximetry performance even during low perfusion and signal interference.1
  • Provides graphical trends and plethysmographic waveform
  • Accuracy Rate: 0 to 38 mm Hga ±2 mm Hg / 39 to 99 mm Hg ±5% of reading.

Sensor Choice

Nellcor™ pulse oximetry sensors are available in a wide array of options: reusable, adhesive and non-adhesive. Non-adhesive sensors can be used for neonates and patients with sensitive skin. When a patient is in respiratory distress and SpO2 is lower than 80%, accurate, real-time information is crucial. Used with Nellcor™ pulse oximeters, the Nellcor™ forehead SpO2 sensor may detect hypoxemic events faster than other sensors.2

Nellcor™ non-adhesive sensors detect hypoxemic events 90 seconds faster([FOOTNOTE=Bebout DE, Mannheimer PD, Wun C-C.
