At Medtronic, we recognize we cannot fulfill our Mission alone. To “alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life,” we must support the many stakeholders in healthcare, including providers, medical societies, and patient groups. Part of our role is to provide healthcare related financial assistance for medical education and public education programs.

For healthcare related requests, please complete the e-form linked below. Please be sure to complete all required sections (four pages) and upload the necessary documents.

The information provided will be used to evaluate the scientific and educational merit of the fellowship program.
