Medtronic completed our assessment and found no exposure of vulnerable Axeda components in our products. We continue to monitor our products for new and existing cybersecurity threats and will disclose any impacts through our Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure process.
Medtronic was made aware of vulnerabilities in the Axeda software component by Health-ISAC and is assessing impact and applicability of these vulnerabilities to Medtronic products.
Axeda software is used in many industries, including medical devices, to facilitate remote management of computerized systems.
Medtronic assessed for exposure of vulnerable Axeda components and confirmed there is no impact to Medtronic products.
We continue to be vigilant in monitoring for new cybersecurity threats and will disclose any impacts in accordance with our established Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure process.
