Description
The Urchin™ Evo heart positioner is a disposable, retractor-based device that incorporates a silicone suction apparatus, an articulating arm, and a mounting clamp. The silicone cup (apparatus) is attached to the surface of the heart by the application of a regulated vacuum (-)250 mmHg.

Not all patients are candidates for beating heart procedures. Some patients would require cardiopulmonary support during surgery.
