Rogerio Branco
SVP & Chief Operations and Supply Chain Officer
Rogerio Branco is SVP & Chief Operations and Supply Chain Officer at Medtronic. He is responsible for the performance and integration of the company’s global operations, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Supply Management, Operational Excellence and Transformation, Enterprise Risk, Facilities, and Operations Quality. He leads the strategy and execution of Medtronic’s end-to-end operations and supply chain to drive reliability, efficiency, and growth while delivering for patients and customers around the world.
Prior to joining Medtronic, Rogerio served as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer at Eaton, where he led the company’s global supply chain and operations strategy. In this role, he oversaw integrated materials management and inventory, procurement, logistics, supplier development and quality, and manufacturing and footprint strategy, driving increased efficiency and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
With more than three decades of experience in global operations and supply chain, Rogerio is known for building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence across complex, multinational organizations.
Rogerio earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of São Paulo and a Master of Business Administration in finance management from the University of Campinas in Brazil.
