Cultivating a culture of belonging
Global networks and employee resource groups (ERGs)
While our global networks and employee resource groups (ERGs) often begin as a way for employees to connect based on shared identities, these groups serve a larger purpose. They provide opportunities for all employees to develop leadership skills, serve as thought partners to the business, and educate each other cross-culturally – as well as amplify our impact in communities through partnerships and volunteer efforts.
We welcome all employees to participate in each community and attend educational events and activities. In 2024, more than one-third of our workforce (35,000+ employees) were part of a global Network or ERG across 300+ hubs in 50+ countries.
Employees who regularly participate in Networks and ERGs are more than twice as likely to be engaged at work than those who do not according to data from our Organizational Health Survey.
