How do I know my transmission was sent to my heart clinic?

Confirm Successful Transmission on your Remote Monitor 

MyCareLink Smart App

  • Access MyCareLink Smart app.
  • App screen should say “Data Sent” with a green check mark image.
  • MyCareLink Connect patient website allows patients and family members to get confirmation of a successful CareLink transmission.

MyCareLink Monitor 

  • Monitor LCD screen shows green check mark image.
  • Date displayed on monitor LCD screen is last successful transmission date.

MyCareLink Relay 

  • Upon successful completion, a tone plays (two beeps) and light ring is solid green.

MyCareLink Heart App

  • App screen should say “Your transmission was successful,” along with the date of the successful transmission.

    • Note: It can take several hours before the transmission successful message appears. This is dependent on the cellular or wifi connection speed.

  • View the My Transmission tile from main menu of MyCareLink Heart app (Core devices only, NOT ICMs).
