Medtronic grants to licensee and licensee accepts a non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use the copyrighted images “Materials” only as indicated below. This license and/or permission explicitly does not grant the use of any Medtronic trademarks, other than the term Medtronic provided above on the Material. This Permission may be terminated by Medtronic for any reason, effective immediately upon notice to licensee.

This license grants licensee permission to use Material for personal, non-commercial uses, which shall include but is not limited to, Publications (journal article and textbook), Presentations, Displays, and Customer promotional or educational tools (e.g., website, brochure, public relations and patient educational programs).
