Symptom diary
Track your current symptoms prior to the day of your test; discuss them with your healthcare provider.

Take the next step to relief

  1. Contact your healthcare provider to schedule your test.
  2. Complete your symptom diary at least 3 days prior to your test appointment.
  3. Bring your completed symptom diary to your test. Wear loose-fitting clothes. Discuss any additional recommended preparations with your healthcare provider.
  4. Your healthcare provider and Medtronic representative will provide you with additional information and instructions on the day of your test.
