The MyCareLink Heart mobile app is compatible with BlueSync™-enabled cardiac devices and is best for patients who like using their smartphone or tablet to stay connected.
A Medtronic-managed smartphone that functions as a bedside monitor is available for patients who do not have a compatible smart device.
The MyCareLink Relay home communicator is a bedside monitor that is compatible with BlueSync-enabled cardiac devices and sends data from a patient's device directly to their clinic using cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity.
The MyCareLink Smart monitor uses a handheld reader and an app to send cardiac device data to a patient’s clinic via their mobile device.
