The Adapta™ pacemaker models combine physiologic pacing with automaticity. Adapta DR is the first pacemaker with Managed Ventricular Pacing (MVP™) technology, which reduces unnecessary right ventricular pacing by 99%.1 Reducing unnecessary ventricular pacing has been shown to improve clinical outcomes by reducing the risks of atrial fibrillation (AF)2-5 and heart failure hospitalization (HFH).2,5
