Based on bench testing conducted in 2016 vs. Cordis Infiniti®* and Supertorque®* Plus catheters, Terumo Optitorque®* catheter, Boston Scientific Impulse™*and Expo™* catheters, Merit Performa®* catheter, and Goodman Goodtec catheter. All tested in 5 F and 6 F. The lubricity bench test measures how much force is required to pull the catheter through two silicone pads while submerged in water at body temperature.
