Infusion Therapy

Overview

Access small peripheral vessels for reliable clot dispersion with the 2.9 F MicroMewi™ infusion catheter (0.018" guidewire compatible). The catheter's small design details — from its flexible, trackable distal catheter segment to its many sideholes — allow for direct infusion of a pharmacologic agent into a thrombosed vessel segment below the knee.

U.S. Indications

The Micro Therapeutics Infusion Catheter is intended to be used for the controlled selective infusion of physician-specified pharmacologic agents or radiopaque contrast media into the general vasculature.  All pharmacologic agents utilized with the Micro Therapeutics Infusion Catheter should be fully prepared and used according to the instructions for use of the specific pharmacologic agent.  The Micro Therapeutics Infusion Catheter is not intended for coronary, pediatric or neonatal use.
