  • Ask one of our case managers to conduct the prior authorization for cases involving on-label usage
  • Arrange education and training for staff
  • Receive product information
  • Request FDA approval or clearance letters
  • Deal with denials for cases involving on-label usage, even if we were not involved with the prior authorization
