For performance-oriented customers who need overnight exchange and scheduled onsite planned maintenance.

The plus ESP program combines the benefits of the standard plan with onsite planned maintenance to ensure your equipment is always available and performing optimally.

During a planned maintenance visit, a Medtronic factory-trained technician will come to your facility to inspect and test your Midas Rex motors, attachments, consoles, and foot controls.

For performance-oriented customers who need overnight exchanges.

Drive operating room uptime and efficiency with our most popular ESP option. This service plan offers fast and easy support for your Midas Rex handpieces, Integrated Power Console, and foot controls should they need service.

The standard ESP program also offers locked-in maintenance costs for up to 3 years, even if the number of exchanges is more than expected.

Lite Exchange Service Plan

For customers who want the convenience of exchange but need budget flexibility.

The lite ESP includes overnight exchanges of your Midas Rex motors and discounts on per-incident repairs or exchanges for your attachments, consoles, and foot controls. This ensures complete protection on the most expensive component of your system with preferred service pricing on other system components.
