Visiting clinician program (VCP)

The VCP peer-to-peer events provide an opportunity for surgeons and surgical staff to visit recognized experts in spine surgery in their OR to discuss surgical planning, surgical workflows, and procedural solutions utilizing Medtronic technologies and therapies. Live surgical interaction is at the heart of this educational offering, providing a forum for exchanging best practices, advanced techniques, and patient treatment solutions.

Mazor™ robotic guidance workflow training​​

The Mazor™ robotic guidance workflow cadaveric lab is a one-day training course that provides surgeons with the hands-on experience and knowledge they need to use the Mazor™ Robotic Guidance system in their practices. The course is led by experienced spine surgeons who have integrated the Mazor™ robotic guidance system into their practices.

The course covers the following topics:

  • Robotic surgical planning and implant selection
  • Patient and robotic referencing
  • Using navigated instruments
  • Robotic workflow options
  • The integration of the Mazor™ Robotic Guidance system into your practice
  • Robotic Surgical Planning and executing actual surgical plans on cadavers using the Mazor™ Robotic Guidance system

The Mazor™ Robotic guidance system certification workflow lab will arm you with the information and experience you need to make informed decisions while using this advanced technology in your practice.
