PROPRIETARY TEXTURING

Titan interbody fusion devices from Medtronic are available with both Endoskeleton™  surface features on the endplate contacting faces and with nanoLOCK™ surface features on all internal and external surfaces. These designs support anterior cervical and anterior, posterior, oblique, and lateral approaches to the lumbar spine.

LARGE WINDOWS AND INTERNAL VOLUMES
These factors allow adequate bone graft for packing, CT, or MRI visualization, and the potential for multi-directional bone growth.

ENDPLATE-SPARING DESIGN
Cages are designed without ridges and teeth, so interbodies do not damage the vertebral endplate and avoid subsidence.

LARGE FOOTPRINTS
Placement on the apophyseal ring helps prevent subsidence.

RADIOPACITY
The radiopaque nature of titanium assists in device placement.

FULL RANGE OF SIZES
Titan interbody solutions accommodate many different patient anatomies.

PRODUCT TYPE BY ANATOMY/PROCEDURE

CERVICAL

TITAN ENDOSKELETON TC

Visual of Titan nanoLOCK surface, that enables textures at the macro, micro, and nano (MMN) levels.

Approach: Anterior Cervical

Designed to Help Streamline Workflow and Placement
Intuitive instrumentation, and large windows allow for easy insertion and assessment of placement both in situ and after the procedure.

Full Range of Sizes

  • M/L x A/P= 14 x12 mm (Small), 16 x14 mm (Medium), or 18 x16 mm (Large)
  • H= 5-12 mm (1 mm increments)
  • Lordosis= 6

TITAN ENDOSKELETON TCS

Titan endoskeleton TCS used in the anterior cervical approach, prevents screw backout allowing angle screw placement.

Approach: Anterior Cervical

Integrated Fixation
Two grit-blasted anti-backout or standard screws provide immediate mechanical stability. An integrated collar prevents screw backout while allowing variable angle screw placement and for the screws to act independently from the implant.

Zero Profile
The construct does not extend beyond the anterior border of the disc space to prevent disruption to adjacent anatomical structures.

Full Range of Sizes

  • M/L x A/P= 14 x12 mm (Small), 16 x14 mm (Medium), or 18 x16 mm (Large)
  • H= 5-12 mm (1 mm increments)
  • Lordosis= 6

POSTERIOR LUMBAR

TITAN ENDOSKELETON TT

Titan endoskeleton TT used in the TLIF approach, designed for smooth and accurate placement.

Approach: TLIF

Designed to Accommodate Optimal TLIF Placement
Two inserter designs that accommodate straight and curved attachment, final positioning instrumentation, and a smooth leading implant edge allow for ease of insertion for the TLIF approach.

Full Range of Sizes

  • M/L x A/P= 30 x11 mm or 35 x11 mm
  • H= 8-14mm (1 mm increments)
  • Lordosis= 4

TITAN ENDOSKELETON TO

Titan endoskeleton TO used in the TLIF and PLIF approaches, designed for smooth and accurate placement.

Approach: TLIF, PLIF

Designed to Help Facilitate Ease of Placement for Both TLIF and PLIF Trajectories
Efficient surgical workflow, intuitive instrumentation, and a smooth leading implant edge allow for easy insertion for the TLIF and PLIF trajectories.

Full Range of Sizes

  • L = 22 mm (0 or 4), 26 mm (0 or 4), or 31 mm (0 only)
  • W= 9 mm (0 or 4) or 11 mm (0 only)
  • H= 8-15 mm (1 mm increments)
  • Lordosis= 0 convex or 4

ANTEROLATERAL

TITAN ENDOSKELETON TL

Titan endoskeleton TL used in the Later, DLIF, and OLIF25 approaches, designed for smooth and accurate placement.

Approach: DLIF, OLIF25

Designed to Help Facilitate a Smooth and Accurate Placement
Efficient surgical workflow with a smooth leading edge aid in insertion. Also provides the ability to pack additional bone graft material post implantation.

Full Range of Sizes

  • M/L = 45. 50, 55, or 60 mm
  • A/P= 18 or 22 mm
  • H= 8-14 mm (1 mm increments)

TITAN ENDOSKELETON TA

Titan endoskeleton TA used in the ALIF and OLIF51 approaches, designed for smooth and accurate placement.

Approach: ALIF, OLIF51

Designed to Simplify Anterior Workflow & Placement
Intuitive instrumentation, and large, open graft windows aid in placement.

Full Range of Sizes

  • M/L x A/P= 32 x21 (Standard), 36 x 24 (Large), or 40 x 27 mm (X-Large)
  • H= 10-17 mm (1 mm increments)
  • Lordosis= 7

TITAN ENDOSKELETON TAS/TASH

Titan endoskeleton TAS used in the ALIF and OLIF51 approaches and has three integrated, grit-blasted screws to provide immediate mechanical stability.

Approach: ALIF, OLIF51

Integrated Fixation
Three integrated, grit-blasted screws provide immediate mechanical stability.

Full Range of Sizes

TAS:

  • M/L x A/P= 32 x21 (Standard), 36 x 24 (Large), or 40 x 27 mm (X-Large)
  • H= 10-17 mm (1 mm increments)
