HOW TO ORDER PTNM IN SENIOR LIVING FACILITIES

ORDERING THE NURO SYSTEM FOR YOUR SENIOR LIVING FACILITY

We upgraded the NURO™ system with features designed to improve your facility’s efficiency. Along with this upgrade, we are also changing the way customers at senior living facilities order NURO therapy kits and devices.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS 

For senior living facilities already using the NURO system, there is a new ordering process to follow:

  1. Order the 3533K Therapy Session kits online or by phone.
    • Visit connect.medtronic.com.
    • Call 877-590-7835 and press 2. Available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT.
  2. Order NURO II 3533A devices.


When you run out of virtual sessions, you will need to order a new NURO device. If you continue to use the NURO system per the terms of the Product Placement Agreement, there is no additional charge for your NURO II device. The NURO II device can administer up to 350 PTNM sessions.

NEW CUSTOMERS

The NURO system consists of a single use therapy session kit and a multi-patient use NURO II device. Follow the steps below to start your order:

  1. Request new account set-up paperwork by emailing rs.seniorlivingOAB@medtronic.com
  2. Order the 3533K Therapy Session kits online or by phone.
    • Visit connect.medtronic.com.
    • Call 877-590-7835 and press 2. Available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT.
  3. Order NURO II 3533A devices.
    • Email rs.seniorlivingOAB@medtronic.com to request a 3553A device and sign a Product Placement Agreement.
    • The NURO II device can administer up to 350 PTNM sessions.
    • There is no charge for your NURO II device/s if you use the NURO system per the terms of the Product Placement Agreement.
