We're available to provide general educational information about Medtronic devices and answer questions about our devices and therapies. As always, we encourage you to talk to your doctor about your unique medical condition and therapy management. If you have medical concerns or health symptoms, contact your doctor or health care professional. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
A Medtronic device that has been explanted from the body needs to be returned in a biohazard container. Devices used outside of your body, such as remote monitors, programmers, and insulin pumps, can be shipped in any type of container. On the Product Returns and Replacements page you will find information about shipping your device.
