Barrett’s Oesophagus

Barrett’s Oesophagus is a serious complication of chronic gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD). 


Dysphagia is a medical term for difficulty swallowing — meaning it takes more time and effort to initiate and complete a swallow.

Gastro-Oesophageal Reflux Disease 

GORD, is a digestive disease characterised by chronic acid reflux, which occurs when stomach acid flows back into the oesophagus.
