MyCareLink Smart™ Monitor

How to set up your MyCareLink Smart monitor

Step 1. You have the reader, which is prescribed by your doctor.
Step 2. Simply download the app on your smartphone or tablet.
Step 3. Your reader is now ready to be placed over your heart device.
Step 4. Follow the step-by-step instructions on the app.
Step 5. The app will indicate that your information is being sent.
Step 6. When the transmission is complete, a green checkmark will appear.
