Video laryngoscopes
McGRATH™ MAC+ video laryngoscope

The McGRATH™ MAC+ video laryngoscope is designed for airway intubation in the OR, ICU, ER, and EMS environments.

Introducing the McGRATH™ MAC+ video laryngoscope
Features
Same ergonomic design, better visualization
The McGRATH™ MAC+ video laryngoscope features a touchscreen with 45% more screen area and 4.5 times higher resolution than the the previous McGRATH™ MAC video laryngoscope, while keeping the same ergonomic design clinicians love.1
Work-flow friendly stream, record, save
Seamless streaming: Unlike some video laryngoscopes that require apps,
Wi-Fi, cables, Bluetooth, or screen changes to stream, the McGRATH™ MAC+ video laryngoscope doesn’t. Powered by ProxiLinq™ wireless technology, which connects the McGRATH™ MAC+ video laryngoscope handle to the McGRATH™ relay internally, clinicians simply need to pair the relay with any external HDMI display once, and streaming starts automatically every time the device is turned on.
Retrospective recording: Often, the case you wish you had recorded was the one you just performed. The exclusive CaseCapture™ retrospective recording captures your entire procedure - no matter when you hit record - so you can review and learn from every case.
Auto file saving: Data is automatically stored and securely deleted within seven days via the McGRATH™ relay.
Enhance training and collaboration
Ideal for teaching and training, enabling residents and fellows to take on challenging cases while supervisors guide from second screen viewing.5, 6 Streaming enables real-time guidance during intubation without compromising situational awareness.5, 6 Post-procedure recording review creates a complete learning loop for continuous improvement.5
Always reliable. Always ready power source.
Unlike some video laryngoscopes with batteries built into the handles or screens, the McGRATH™ rechargeable battery is removable. The charging station can charge up to five batteries simultaneously — so there’s no downtime waiting for the device to charge.
Battery benefits
- 10,000 minutes of useful life, 60 minutes of operating time on the McGRATH™ MAC+ video laryngoscope8, 9
- Minute-by-minute battery time countdown on the screen, displaying remaining battery time8
- Color-coded LED indicator provides a visual indication of how much power remains to easily identify ready-to-use batteries8
- A rigid tab enables quick, single-handed, easy removal10
- The McGRATH™ rechargeable batteries help reduce waste generation by 98.7% and are expected to provide hospitals with long-term cost savings‡, 11
‡When compared with the McGRATH™ disposable battery. Based on a standardized operation runtime of 10,000 minutes, disposing the McGRATH™ rechargeable battery generate 24.72 grams of waste, while disposing the McGRATH™ disposable batteries generate 1098.5 grams of waste.
Make sure your first intubation attempt is your best
Routine use of the McGRATH™ MAC+ video laryngoscope improves first-pass success rate.§, 2, 3
§Based on evidence comparing the McGRATH™ MAC video laryngoscope with direct laryngoscopes and other video laryngoscopes. The McGRATH™ MAC+ video laryngoscope shares the same ergonomic design as its predecessor.
