The NextGen Academy is a 12-month immersive post graduate program designed to launch your career in medical technology, offering hands-on experience and collaboration with diverse teams to support therapies and introduce innovative products. This program is tailored to develop you into a confident and competent future Technical Consultant role, aligning with Medtronic’s mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
