What I love most about working at Medtronic is the sense of community and the chance to connect with so many different people. Starting as a co-op and growing into roles as a graduate, Engineer I, and now Engineer II, I’ve had so many opportunities to work cross functionally and build great relationships that make work more enjoyable and help get things done. It really feels like you’re part of something bigger here, surrounded by people who are always willing to support and collaborate.”

— Ellen Hegarty, Quality Engineer II

I really enjoy working at Medtronic because every day brings something new and interesting to tackle. It’s a place that keeps me learning and growing, which is something I truly value. Plus, knowing the work we do makes a real difference in healthcare is incredibly rewarding.”
