1. Subjects were censored at the time of any non-death related explant.

2. Contemporary cohort included implanted HVAD™ System left ventricular assist devices following FDA approval for destination therapy in October 2017 through cessation of the sale and distribution of the device in June 2021.

3. STS Intermacs Report — North American registry data of FDA-approved durable devices implanted for treatment of advanced heart failure; current analysis is for second quarter 2025 with follow-up through June 30, 2025.
