RespArray™ patient monitor software update

• Linux OS update: updated Linux OS to 6.1.119. 
• Microstream™ waveform navigator: a new tool that aids in the interpretation of capnography; available in English, French, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
• Nellcor™ Analytics Tool data output: enables export via USB drive of SpO2 history data in a tabular trend (.txt) format compatible with the Nellcor™ Analytics Tool (NAT).
• HL7 protocol updates: enhance and broaden HL7 protocol support to improve interoperability with EMR and VitalSync servers.
• Alarm performance: updates to display and performance based on user settings. 
• Optimized user profile management: featuring reduced password entries, profile-specific brightness settings, and editable user profiles, including a renaming function.
• Time zone list: updated for easier selection.
• DNS hostname: can be customized.
• Other end-user and administrator improvements: multiple features were introduced or updated to improve the end-user experience or facilitate simpler device management by system administrators. 

Instructions for the software update v01.05.00.17 are found in the downloadable software package. To obtain that package, we request that you complete a form listing all the devices being updated at your facility.

To access the form:

1. Click the Register and Download link below, which will direct you to a registration page.
2. Complete the registration (please ensure your email address is correct).
3. You will then be provided with a PDF form to complete that indicates the serial numbers you are going to update.
4. Return the completed form to Medtronic Technical Service following instructions on the PDF form, and Medtronic will provide you with the software package upon verification of the serial numbers.
