RespArray™ patient monitor software update

We are excited to announce the release of optional software update v01.04.05.06 for the RespArray™ patient monitor. This update includes several important enhancements: 

  • HL7 communication protocol features have been updated to include higher frequency options for HL7 communication (1s, 5s and 10s) and the indication of the standby state. 
  • The HL7 connection status is displayed through the server connection icon as well as disconnection technical alerts.
  • Wi-Fi connectivity and server communication settings have been updated; non-root Certificate Authority is now supported. 
  • The local static IP, gateway, and default IP addresses of the servers have been modified. 
  • Default settings for the AHA (FDA-approved) version of RespArray™ monitor have been updated. The default temperature unit is set to Fahrenheit, and the default Wi-Fi region is set to USA. 
  • User profiles with spaces in the filename can be exported.
  • Sound and/or brightness clickable icon has been added to the top right corner. 
  • Pacemaker field name in the admit patient pop-up window has been updated from “Pace” to "Pacemaker."
  • Non-invasive blood pressure/spot temperature data transmissions using the HL7 protocol have been optimized. 
  • Additional updates have optimized the user interface and other features. 

While the decision to update to v01.04.05.06 is entirely at your discretion, we recommend applying this update to benefit from these new features and improvements. Instructions for the update are found in the downloadable software package. To obtain that package, we request that you complete a form listing all the devices being updated at your facility.

Complete the registration (please ensure your email address is correct)

You will then be provided with a PDF form to complete that indicates the serial numbers you are going to update.

Return the completed form to Technical Support, and we will provide you with the software package upon verification of the serial numbers
