Description
The Cardioblate™ 68000 generator is the foundation on which the Medtronic Cardioblate™ system is built, delivering precise, irrigated radiofrequency (RF) energy to achieve transmurality and consistent conduction block.1

The Cardioblate™ 68000 generator has an advanced dose-response algorithm that ensures transmural lesions that consistently result in conduction block.

The Cardioblate™ 68000 generator is designed for use with the following Medtronic ablation devices:

- Cardioblate™ Gemini™-s surgical ablation device
Potential adverse events with this device are similar to other cardiac surgery procedures. Examples include, but are not limited to: bleeding; extension of extracorporeal bypass; and heart rhythm disturbances (atrial and/or ventricular); other cardiac disturbances dependent upon concomitant procedures performed.
