Any employee, contractor, shareholder, or other interested party may report concerns regarding accounting, financial reporting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters. Reports may be made confidentially and, where permitted by law, anonymously through the Voice Your Concern program or by contacting the Audit Committee directly.
- All complaints and concerns will be received and processed by Medtronic's Office of Privacy, Integrity & Compliance.
- Complaints relating to Medtronic's accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters will be referred to members of the Audit Committee.
- When possible, we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint or concern.
- You may report your complaint or concern anonymously or confidentially through the options below.
