The Calima™* sterile upper body blanket is designed for many surgical procedures. The longer connector and two inlets protect the sterile environment. The blanket is packed in a sterile mixed bag and can be opened without contamination when placed on the patient. Pre-cut strips and adhesive medical-grade tape allow secure fixing. It is packaged with a plastic head drape.
Calima™* blankets are based on the Calima™* convective warming system, which provides a solution for maintaining normothermia. The warming unit has a control panel showing four temperatures and three speeds, which means it has twelve setting options in all. The soft but strong and extensive Calima™* blanket range is tailored for most surgical procedures and offers consistent airflow and patient comfort.
