Oui, la prothèse rectangulaire peut être coupée aux dimensions requises.
La technique utilisée pour ancrer la prothèse, (suture ou attache), est laissée à l'appréciation du chirurgien. La fonction autogrippante du textile permet de positionner la prothèse sans fixation en fonction de la taille du défaut, de la position de l'hernie et de la qualité des structures anatomiques.
