Overview

Choose the RapidCross™ PTA rapid exchange balloon dilatation catheter when you need to reach distal lesions in the small vessels below the knee. This catheter is the Medtronic solution for an 0.014" PTA balloon with rapid exchange capability.

U.S. Indications

The RapidCross PTA Rapid Exchange Balloon Dilatation Catheter is intended to dilate stenoses in the iliac, femoral, ilio-femoral, popliteal, infra-popliteal, and renal arteries, and for the treatment of obstructive lesions of native or synthetic arteriovenous dialysis fistulae. This device is also indicated for stent post-dilatation in the peripheral vasculature.

Kink-Resistant Pushability to Withstand Tortuosity

  • In-line proximal wire exit port and alloy support wire significantly reduce kinking compared to competitive designs.

Longer Working Length for Improved Distal Access

  • 170 cm working length enables distal access to BTK lesions.
