Medtronic Australasia recognised on 2021 LinkedIn Top Companies List
Medtronic Australasia Pty Ltd (Medtronic; NYSE:MDT) was honoured to have been listed among LinkedIn's Top 2021 Companies in Australia — a ranking of the 25 best workplaces to grow your career.
The annual list published by LinkedIn News Australia, uses LinkedIn’s own data to highlight not only the companies that attract talent, but more importantly companies that invest in their talent. The list also celebrates companies with great cultures —putting their employees first and providing them with opportunities to grow.
By securing a place on this list, Medtronic Australasia has been recognised as one of only 25 companies in Australia that actively help employees build a professional foundation — setting them up for success both at the company and beyond.
Medtronic Australasia believes in a flexible work environment where all employees can achieve a balance in their lives. Prior to COVID-19, Medtronic had already begun to introduce flexible working arrangements, including robust work-from-home measures.
The company’s flexible work initiative, YESFlex was developed to promote flexible work arrangements for all employees. It was designed to empower every individual at Medtronic to achieve work-life balance. This existing framework provided a strong foundation, which allowed Medtronic to cope with the flexible working needs of employees, well before the pandemic.
