Our Approach

Our approach is broken down into three steps:

Step 1:
Patients are checked for eligibility for surgery according to guidelines set forth by the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders (IFSO).([FOOTNOTE=Kasama K, Mui W, Lee WJ, et al. Step 2:
Qualifying patients are screened by an interdisciplinary team of dieticians, physiotherapists, psychologists, general practitioners, and surgeons specializing in obesity.

Step 3:
Patients take part in a balanced schedule of group sessions. These sessions begin with preparation for surgery, followed by a postsurgical lifestyle and behavioral change program. This approach supports optimal weight loss and development of sustainable healthy habits.
