Descripción general

La tiroidectomía implica la extirpación total o parcial de la glándula tiroidea. La extracción parcial puede incluir todos los lóbulos de la glándula (lobectomía) o del istmo que une los lóbulos, dependiendo de la indicación quirúrgica.
