Our certification
IHS Managed Services are officially certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and built on our expertise in optimising and operating Cath Labs and operating rooms for more than 200 hospitals.
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard that sets the requirements for a quality management system (QMS) and helps organizations work more efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction. Achieving the ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates our ability to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
The scope of the certification covers the turnkey set-up of Cath Lab departments, operating rooms and clinical departments, from the preliminary study to the set-up of the hospital department. Additionally, the certification covers our medical equipment solutions, including procurement, installation, testing, maintenance, and our customized multi-brand hospital materials management service.
