  • Tip capture deployment mechanism — even after deployment of three stent rings — provides gradual, controlled, and accurate deployment at the intended sealing zone.4

Continuous seal5

  1. Separation of seal from fixation — with suprarenal fixation, which enables seal to occur independently5
  2. M-shaped proximal stents, unique to the Endurant™ stent graft, maximize wall apposition and circumferential conformability5 to minimize in-folding resulting in low type Ia endoleak rates2​
  3. Electropolished nitinol stents maximize circumferential conformability with dynamic continuous seal5

The Endurant™ family of products

Three configurations

  • Bifurcated main body stent grafts:
    • Endurant™ II bifurcated configuration — an aortoiliac stent graft that is available in three lengths.
    • Endurant™ IIs bifurcated configuration — an aortic configuration available in a single, shorter length. 
  • Aorto-uni-iliac (AUI) main body stent graft:
    • The AUI device is indicated for the endovascular treatment of infrarenal abdominal aortic or aortoiliac aneurysms only in patients whose anatomy does not allow the use of a bifurcated device. The proximal end of the AUI configuration is deployed into the proximal neck and upper section of the aneurysm. The proximal section of the AUI configuration is composed of nitinol stents sewn to a fabric graft.

The Endurant™ II stent graft system aorto-uni-iliac (AUI) stent graft is indicated for the endovascular treatment of infrarenal abdominal aortic or aortoiliac aneurysms in patients whose anatomy does not allow the use of a bifurcated stent graft.
