Cardiovascular guidewires

F-14™* and F-18™* peripheral guidewires

F-14™* and F-18™* stainless steel guidewires are available in multiple tip loads, two lengths, and are engineered for routine to complex interventions.

Features

Radial access

The F-18™* series includes the first 0.018" 400 cm wire in the United States, giving physicians the option to treat via radial access.

Versatility

 • 0.014" and 0.018" diameters
 • Treat above and below the knee
 • 300 cm and 400 cm lengths

Design features

 • Multiple tip loads to navigate tortuous vessels and cross challenging lesions or occlusions
 • Shapeable distal tip
 • Radiopaque covering ensures accurate positioning
 • The tapered wires include a low profile tip to cross challenging lesions
 • Stainless steel core provides strength and torqueability
 • The core shaft is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for consistent and smooth crossing
 • Hydrophilic coating provides lubricity to reduce friction, improve ease of navigation, and smooth advancement for good trackability

From routine to complex

The F-14™* and F-18™* guidewire series provides the versatility needed to treat a broad range of cases. As the complexity increases, choose a guidewire with a higher tip load.
