Thrombectomy devices

The Liberant™ device is an ultrasonic-controlled thrombectomy system for use in the peripheral arterial and venous vessels.

The Liberant™ thrombectomy system is indicated for the removal of fresh, soft emboli or thrombi from the vessels of the peripheral arterial and venous systems.
Precision you can feel in your thrombectomy procedures.
This system includes a catheter, dilator, and clotbuster — all in one set. The pump and BCU come as capital components to be used case after case.

The BCU features an ultrasonic sensor that directly measures blood flow. Next, an intelligent algorithm automatically adapts the pulse rate to provide appropriate aspiration power, with two modes available.

Used to minimize blood loss by maintaining a lower pulse rate
Used for procedural efficiency by allowing an increased pulse rate
Risks include, but are not limited to, embolization, hemorrhage, thrombosis, and vessel damage.
The catheters are easy to deliver with an atraumatic and angled tip‡ for more effective,§ wall-to-wall clot removal.1 A hybrid braid-coil design improves torque response.◊,1

Available in three French sizes, allowing for flexibility in the treatment of arterial, venous, and arteriovenous vessels
Thrombectomy is a procedure to remove a blood clot (called a thrombus) from a blood vessel. Blood clots can block the flow of blood, which can be dangerous and even life-threatening if not treated quickly.
The Liberant™ device is the sole thrombectomy system that uses ultrasonic control. It dynamically adjusts the aspiration power in real time based on the blood flow measurements obtained directly from its ultrasonic sensor.
The BCU, part of the Liberant™ thrombectomy system, features an ultrasonic sensor that measures blood flow directly and processes data in real time with an intelligent algorithm. This enables the pinch valve to open and close, adjusting the aspiration power dynamically.
The BCU has two operating modes:
Risks include, but are not limited to, embolization, hemorrhage, thrombosis, and vessel damage.
Liberant™ thrombectomy system catheters are available in 6 Fr, 8 Fr short, 8 Fr long, and 12 Fr.
